What water shower hose can Mirable be attached to?
Mirable fits in the global G1/2 standard so it can be installed on most shower hoses. You can add an adapter from your local home depot store to fit Mirable on other deviating shower hoses (while you might still need to change the hose for installation). Be aware: do not apply force due to the nature of the materials used.

What should I do if the installation is completed but there is a leak?
Water drips from the junction between Mirable (tornado stick) and the hose.
Dripping might occur for the following reasons,
(1) The screws of Mirable and your hose do not match. Mirable applies to G1/2 diverters. Please add an adaptor if necessary.
(2) The screws are damaged as they are not in the correct positions, or they are not qualified.
(3) The O-ring (rubber pack) in between has broken as it was too tight.
After using it for a certain time, I found that some water holes no longer give out water in the “Straight” mode. Should I get it repaired?
Holes where water does not flow out are not defective because they are not water discharge holes, but air intake holes. This is completely normal and part of the technological design of the Ultra Fine Bubble technology.

The water pressure is much lower than before is this normal?
Mirable contributes to saving water and produces ultra-fine bubbles by adding air into water. If you have a water pressure regulator (i.e. water saving adaptor) at your shower hose, you have, in fact, two regulators working at the same time so the flow of cold and hot water is greatly reduced. You can solve the problem by removing the adaptor of the water pressure regulator. Or, the problem stemmed from the setting of your valve.
There is a minus driver at the valve where hot and cold water mix with each other, you can also try adjusting the setting there.
When I set the mist mode, water comes out instead of hot water. Is this normal?
This is due to the low flow rate for the water-saving function, please try the following:
Once you have switched back to straight mode, gradually switch to mist mode and find just the right position where the hot water comes out.
